"Delivery experience could’ve been handled better"
The delivery was late, which I understand can happen sometimes, but the way the delivery guys acted felt rude and unprofessional. I think it’s only fair to expect basic courtesy, especially when a customer has already been waiting longer than planned.

I found a couch I actually liked for a decent price, which was a nice surprise. Then I got to checkout and, of course, the delivery fee was ridiculous enough to completely wipe out the whole “outlet deal” idea. Love when a bargain stops being a bargain right at the last second. I ended up closing the tab and buying from somewhere else.

"Protection plan didn’t really do anything"
I bought from roomstogo-outlet.com and added the protection plan because I figured, you know, if something went wrong it would be there to help. But when I actually tried to use it, I just got passed around and then told my issue wasn’t covered. So basically... it felt like I paid extra for nothing. Nobody really explained that part when they were selling it to me. I definitely won’t be adding that plan again.

They keep apologizing, but nothing ever actually gets resolved (which is getting frustrating). I’ve been waiting for someone to properly fix the issue, and so far it just feels like I’m getting the same sorry message over and over.

I don’t usually need much help when I’m shopping, but I was in a bit of a hurry and didn’t want to wander around guessing. The sales staff pointed me in the right direction right away and helped me find what I needed fast. Made the whole visit really easy.

"My return was fine, but more hassle than I wanted"
I bought a chair from Rooms To Go Outlet, and once I got it home, the color just didn’t look the way I thought it would in my space. I ended up needing to exchange it, and while everything did eventually get handled, it took longer than I wanted. I had to call twice, which was annoying because I really just wanted it done without having to keep following up. The staff was decent and nobody was rude, but the whole thing wasn’t as easy as I hoped. Not a terrible experience, just more of a hassle than I personally wanted to deal with.

I’m still waiting for my order after two missed delivery dates, it’s been frustrating. I get that delays happen, but when you’re planning around a delivery, the timing really matters. At this point, it’s less about just the package and more about feeling like I can’t rely on the updates I’m being given.

"Setup was kind of a nightmare"
I bought a bed from roomstogo-outlet.com, the whole setup was a mess. I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch or what, but some of the parts didn’t seem to line up right, a few screws were missing, and the instructions weren’t very clear. I spent way longer than I expected trying to put it together, and it still feels a little shaky. Customer support didn’t really help much either. Maybe other people have had better luck, but for me, it wasn’t worth the hassle.

I found a couch at a good price, which was nice, but the website felt a bit slow while I was checking out. I went in just wanting to browse a bit, but the whole thing was kinda frustrating. It was hard to get any straight answers, the prices were all over the place and confusing, and I ended up leaving feeling like I totally wasted my time. Yeah, I wouldn’t go back.

"Decent finds, but inventory was a little unpredictable"
I found a couch I really liked, but a few of the colors that showed as available disappeared by the time I got to checkout. The store did have some options in person, just not a ton to choose from. Prices seemed fair overall, but I’d feel better if the site updated inventory a bit faster. Still, not a bad experience if you’re flexible...

I checked out roomstogo-outlet.com because I was hoping to save some real money and not miss out on a better deal elsewhere. A few things were priced well, especially compared to the regular store, but some items still felt a little too high for outlet furniture.
It’s worth browsing if you’re patient, but I wouldn’t assume everything is a bargain. I’d buy from them if the price made sense, but I’d definitely compare first because I’d hate to pay more than I needed to.
